About Ann
Ann Galkowski has been offering integrative bodywork for over two decades, helping clients develop deeper emotional, mental, and physical awareness through personalized, hands-on care.

Expertise
With a clinical background as a licensed physical therapist, Ann brings traditional clinically based PT knowledge to every session, blending these techniques with holistic body treatments and mindfulness-based practices.
Her approach supports the whole person—addressing pain, movement restrictions, nervous system regulation, and stress patterns together. By integrating mindful movement and positioning into her work, Ann helps clients reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable self-care practices, and access a deeper state of relaxation and well-being.
Personalized Care
Ann's work is especially beneficial for those experiencing chronic pain, stress-related tension, recovery from single or multiple injuries or traumas, or a desire for more mindful, preventive wellness care. Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a calm, supportive environment where healing can unfold naturally.
Ann is actively involved in the Rhode Island Community of Mindfulness, Aquidneck Community Gardens, The Elks, and the United Congregational Church of Newport in Middletown, reflecting her commitment to both personal and collective well-being.
